Not very often can I say that I have a 5 star experience at a used car lot. Also, I don’t usually review a place unless it is outstanding. After dealing with RJ at Carsmore Auto Sales in Missisauga, I can say I have now done both. We bought 2 cars at the same time. 1 was delivered to my door ( I am 90mins away), 1 was delivered to Brantford (which is about 35mins away). 1 car was sold “as is” and took very minimal work to safety it just as RJ had told us. 1 car was safetied but had an engine light on by the time it got to Brantford. Nothing serious just had not been driven in awhile. We took it to our mechanic and after it was checked out and a full tank of premium gas we were back on the road in no time. I contacted RJ and he covered the mechanic and tank of premium gas, no questions asked.
This dealership stands behind what they sell and will go above and beyond to work with you. Would rate it higher than 5 stars if I could.

He discovered a minor issue with the car just before we picked it up and called our attention to it immediately, presenting multiple options to have the issue fixed including him keeping the car for another day or driving across town to pick up the car from our house to have it fixed locally the next business day. I opted to have my mechanic fix the issue and RJ reimbursed me the moment I sent him the receipt.
